Once an order has been placed and the package has been handed over to the carrier, the products become the responsibility and property of the customer.We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, ordering errors, or dissatisfaction with the product.We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that occurs during shipping or after delivery.
